Here’s how we deliver the sweetness to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Regions & Availability
- We currently ship within India.
- Some remote areas or islands may not be serviceable — we reserve the right to refuse shipping to such regions.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business hour/day after payment confirmation (excluding public/bank holidays).
- During peak seasons (festivals, launches), processing may take longer — in such cases, we will notify you.
3. Shipping Methods & Charges
- We use courier/logistics partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.).
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, distance, and express or standard choice.
4. Delivery Time Estimate
- Standard delivery: 4–5 business days.
- Express / next-day (where available): up to 2 business days.
- Delivery times exclude processing period.
5. Delivery Attempt & Missed Deliveries
- If no one is present to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt 1–2 re-deliveries or leave it with a neighbor, depending on their policy.
- If unable to deliver, the parcel may be returned to us; additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. Delivery Issues & Liability
- Inspect the package upon delivery. If there’s visible damage or spoilage, note it with the courier and take photos.
- Report any issues to us within 12 hours for claims.
- Once the item is marked “delivered” at your address, we are not responsible for theft, damage thereafter, or misplacement.
7. Temperature Control & Packaging
- Since our products are perishable, we use insulated packaging, cold packs, or special thermal boxes where applicable.
- We aim to maintain quality during transit, but external delays (weather, strikes, courier handling) may affect condition.
- We do not guarantee that every product arrives in perfect condition, but we make reasonable efforts.
8. International Shipping
- We currently do offer international shipping.
- Customs, import duties, and taxes of the destination country are borne by the customer.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
- We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect this.
- We encourage checking the policy before placing orders.
