Refund & Return Policy

Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy — Last updated: 15th November, 2025

1. Eligibility for Refund / Return / Replacement

  • You may request a refund, return, or replacement if the product is spoiled upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product delivered materially differs from the description. (Small cracks and broken cookies are not eligible for returns.)
  • Note: Because baked goods are perishable, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences, unless under special circumstances at our discretion.

2. Time Frame & Notice

  • You must notify us upon delivery (with photo evidence) of any issue.
  • Claims made after this time will not be accepted.
  • In your notice, include order number, product name, issue description, and supporting images.

3. Inspection & Decision

  • Upon receiving your claim, we will review it and may request additional information.
  • If the claim is valid, we will offer, at our option:
    • Replacement of the product
    • Refund (in original payment mode)
    • Partial refund or discount off future orders

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Time taken by banks/payment processors to reflect the refund may vary.

5. Return Shipping

  • We may collect the damaged item from your address (if feasible), or ask you to safely preserve it until we arrange pickup.
  • We may bear return shipping costs for valid claims.
  • If a claim is not accepted, you may be responsible for shipping.

6. Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered are not eligible.
  • Perishable goods (cakes and all fresh bakery items listed on our website) are non-returnable unless damaged.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be claimed for change-of-mind.

7. Change-of-mind / Order Cancelled by You

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled unless we receive at least 48 hours' prior notice from the date of delivery.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted; refer to the clause in Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

  • This Policy is subject to Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • You retain statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws which cannot be waived.
